What's Kava?

Kava is a root drink from the South Pacific Islands used ceremonially for over 3,000 years. In the United States, it is used as a communal beverage, usually as a substitute for alcohol. It has an earthy profile that can vary depending on the region from which it was harvested. Kava as a reverse tolerance, meaning new consumers may find the effects milder, or need to ingest larger quantities to enjoy the effects.

Kratom is a tea leaf drink with Southeast Asian origins. It’s a relative of the coffee plant, but without caffeine. Effects vary based on the strain of the plant. White is associated with stimulation. Red is associated with relaxation. Green is a great in-the-middle option.
